Privacy Policy

The short version: Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information.
Data We Store (On Your Device Only)
Neuro Timer Pro stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:
- Focus session history — start time, duration, completion status, and optional session labels
- Parking Lot items — text notes you capture during focus sessions
- Streak data — daily focus streak count and milestone progress
- Preferences — timer duration, sound selections, volume levels, and haptic feedback settings
This data is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if enabled). We have no access to it.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No personal information (name, email, location)
- No health data
- No data shared with third parties
- No server-side data storage
- No cookies or web tracking
Speech Recognition
Neuro Timer Pro offers optional speech-to-text for the Parking Lot feature. When you use this:
- Speech is processed by Apple's on-device Speech framework
- Audio is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by Neuro Timer Pro
- You can use text input instead at any time
Purchases
Neuro Timer Pro Premium is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Your purchase status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all session history, streak data, and parking lot items.
Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
Neuro Timer Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising, social features, or data collection mechanisms.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
